Refund & Cancellation Policy

Discounts/special offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
 
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment booking, at least 24 hours notice must be given prior to your scheduled appointment. 

If less than 24 hours is given, you will be charged/refunded 50% of the service price, unless the reason for cancellation is Covid-19 related. If you fail to attend and/or do not call, you will be charged/refunded 50% of the service price. Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g.: inclement weather, family emergencies, cancelled childcare, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you are booking your service within 24 hours of the actual appointment time, there is no cancellation and you will be charged/refunded 50% of the appointment on cancellation, with the exception of Covid-19 symptoms or exposure. 

If you are sick or contagious please reschedule your appointment for another time. At least 24 hours notice must be given prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, you will be charged/refunded 50% of the service price. If you fail to attend and/or do not call, you will be charged/refunded 50% of the service price. Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g.: serious last minute illness/injury, child sickness, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

If the massage therapist cancels the appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will receive a complete refund.
